This week the world of EVE Online saw the spin doctors at their best and we had the State of the Goonion on Saturday and the State of Legacy Coalition on Sunday. Which was better? Along with my views on both statements and concerns surrounding them.
You just can’t get away from the Legacy and Imperium War this week. To be honest it was announced the time of writing the last EVE rant however I wanted time to digest this huge turn of events in EVE politics before I wrote anything about it.
As part of a new segment on this blog I thought I could try and do an EVE rant how often this will happen I am not sure but if I aim for once a month any followers I might have won’t be disappointed but if I aim for every two weeks its regular content for the blog. This week is the mining venture is dead using previous posts to start the rant off EVE Mineral Shortage and doubling down. CCP announced about a month before they implemented the change to how structures and asset safety would work.
After writing the post where I said I was going to concentrate on German Battleships. Things may have changed and this why as a new player you need to try all the nations and all the classes.
In World of Warships there are now a huge number of ships you can choose from, each nation has its traits and what it specialises in. The trick is to finding out what they are and how best to use them. While I haven’t managed to test it these are the traits I think the German Battleship Line has and hopefully I can master them to take advantage of it.
World of Warships is one of the games that I don’t pretend to be good at but drop in on it from time to time. Ark needing a paid server and EVE Online frustrating the group of people I’ve been playing EVE with for years could this be the alternative?
Subnautica was a random pick up after having some time playing Ark Survival Evolved I thought that it would cool to find another Open World Survival Game and this was my random pick up in a Steam Sale.
This week was the first week to get the results on the moon and we got lucky with a bonus belt. Does it ease my concerns about the changes that CCP has proposed?
After writing my article about how I was doubling down on my industry to see how the changes CCP are implementing is going to affect the industry side of the game. Has left me very concerned.
Eve is going through a time of change. Right now you will see that Eve is in the news for all the wrong reasons being under a sustained DDOS attack but with that out the way, CCP has announced and implemented some big changes to the way minerals are distribution.
